International Trip Information

Established in 1991, the goal of the NBA International Affiliates Meeting is to foster professional relationships with lawyers and judges of color throughout the world, especially on the African continent, and to help create an environment of success in political and economic developments around the globe.

The NBA International Affiliates Meeting is more than a conference; it is a movement. It is where global partnerships are forged, where challenges are addressed with collective wisdom, and where the future of the legal profession is shaped by a diverse and powerful coalition dedicated to justice, equity, and progress for all.

Deposits & Balance Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due at the time of booking.
  • Second deposit of $2,000 is due on or before Thursday, November 20, 2025.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before Friday, February 20, 2026.

Per Person Hotel Accommodations

  • Cost per person sharing Double/Twin: $5,690.00
  • Additional supplements for the use of the room as single person occupancy: $1,800.00

  • Nairobi - Cairo

Flights are based on economy class service and are inclusive of estimated taxes.

International Flight Cost Per Person:

  • Roundtrip: ATLANTA – NAIROBI // CAIRO – ATLANTA: $1,512.00
  • PLUS Applicable taxes (Estimated): $767.60

Flights are based on economy class service and are inclusive of estimated taxes. Business Class airfares available on request.

Cancellation Information

The following penalties apply to cancellation received, subject to revised penalties dependent on MyEscapades service suppliers’ conditions if different. Any change in such penalties will be advised to you in writing prior to receiving payment of the tour:

  • Up to 75 days prior to departure: Loss of the non-refundable deposit ($1,000) as specified above
  • Between 74 and 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost per person
  • Less than 59 days prior to date of travel and no-show on date of travel: 100% of the tour cost per person
  • After departure, any portion of the tour not utilized is 100% non-refundable
