The fight is also about economic justice. In just the past three months, more than 300,000 Black women have been displaced from the workforce, many forced out by inequities in pay, childcare, and opportunity. The NBA is responding with action, not words.
On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, we will host the NBA Career Fair, open to all candidates and employers, this is a space designed to open doors, connect talent with employers, and bring our community back to work.
